Bitnami WordPress Multi-site
Bitnami did a great job packaging the WordPress multi-site stuff and make it easy to deploy. It is still not “turnkey” but it’s not too hard.
IF… you don’t need to fix it.
If you need to fix it, they have stripped out many of the standard tools that you will use. It’s a real challenge to get everything figured out when things go wrong.
Using their package you just need to understand that. Backup the database, just in case things go south on you! (But you are doing that anyway, right?)
